Always contact Medicare early as possible 7AM if possible:

Always call Medicare at 7AM if possible.  This is a National number and they open early.  The earlier you call the less wait time on the phone

Turning 65?

Turning 65 and still working with group insurance at work.  It may be to your benefit to enroll in part A only so you don’t pay unnecessary part “B” premiums. Medicare has enrollment periods as does Medicare Advantage senior plans

IEP = Initial Enrollment Periods

ICEP = Initial Coverage Enrollment Period

AEP = Annual Enrollment Period

OEP = Open Enrollment Period
